Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I do travel for weddings but I have to add a travel fee for driving, flights, and hotel. If you choose to get married at one of my bucket list locations, I will photograph your wedding for free! All you need to do is cover my travel expenses.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course! I am happy to help plan your engagement session. When it comes to location, outfit choices, and overall feel for what you are wanting your photos to be, I got you!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I require a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your session, that is no additional cost! If you decide to cancel your session, you will not get a refund on the retainer fee.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All of my clients will receive a downloadable online gallery that they will have access to indefinitely. I do not personally order prints or albums, but I can offer advice on what companies I recommend the most for printing and photo album needs!

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I have worked with more than a handful of wonderful videographers. I would be happy to share my recommendations with you.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, I am happy to photograph any specific poses that you have in mind. My specific style is more candid and playful, so I will direct you on some "movement" prompts to get those raw and playful images. I will also get the traditional "poses" if requested, but I try to capture YOU just as you are!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course. For weddings, I recommend we do a Facetime call or coffee meet up so that we can go over what your vision is for the day. It will help me best plan your photo timeline and offer any additional advice that might be helpful for photographing your wedding day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

All of my regular sessions will be delivered with 2-4 weeks via an online gallery. Depending on the time of year, like summer or wedding season, gallery delivery times may be longer. For wedding galleries, I usually over-promise my delivery time of 6-8 weeks. I will always deliver sneak peeks within 48 hours of your session or wedding!
